The catalogue records sign-in outcomes, catalogue usage, shortlist changes and technical enquiries to support account administration and the handling of your requests. When you submit an enquiry without an account, your name, email address, company and supplied technical details are saved so our staff can respond.

Access to these records is restricted to authorised staff. The application does not collect device fingerprints or use location tracking or third-party analytics. Session cookies keep your shortlist and enquiry receipt private to your browser session and support signing in.
